Norway - Ridgewalking to snowboarding

2nd August 2004 to 5th August 2004

Started with one of Norway's most popular day-walks, the impressive Bessegen Ridge. We then had 2days of touring taking in the Rondane National Park, the Troll Wall, the Troll Road (with a superbly scenic campsite) and a ferry trip along Geiranger fjord, before stretching our legs with a day's snowboarding at the Galdhoppigen ski centre.

		Bessegen ridge behind Nick. At the bottom of the ridge, the left lake is 50m lower, the right lake 350m lower.	Looking up the ridge.
Scrambling down the other side	More cairns!	Moss, mountains and sky - that's all there is in the Rondane.
